Trainer Find Terms & Conditions

Trainer Find uses PayPal as its preferred method of payment. Please refer to PayPal for any PayPal related enquiries. A valid PayPal registered email is required for Advanced listings on this website. Trainer Find strongly recommends using PayPal as a method of payment to ensure customer payment details along with bank accounts and credit cards remain secure. Trainer Find will not be held responsible for any loss of data or integrity due to faults with PayPal.

Trainer Find connects with PayPal and receives payments directly from their payment branch. At no time does Trainer Find ever receive notification about payment details such as bank account numbers or credit card numbers. All information is securely maintained by PayPal and for more information please refer to PayPal’s privacy policy.

For Personal Trainers that choose to pay for an Advanced listing, Trainer Find requires all payments for Trainer Listings prior to the listing being placed on the website. Personal Trainers will be reminded in advance before their listing is renewed at the expiration of 12 months. For Personal Trainers that choose not to renew their listings, Trainer Find requires a cancellation notice to be submitted 10 working days prior to 12:00am of the first day of the new listing period. Should a Trainer not cancel prior to this time, their profile will be relisted automatically. Please note, Trainer Find will under no circumstances refund any listing fees whatsoever. The listing fee is non-negotiable and non-refundable. Personal Trainers must ensure that their PayPal linked bank account or credit card has sufficient funds to allow PayPal and in turn Trainer Find to receive payment.
